The inspiration of the Rose Knight series comes from the Japanese visual kei, or more specifically, from the "rose" image often mentioned in X's songs, as well as their performance costumes in the 1990s - a Juliet sleeve, a slim fit, a lot of hollow transparent lace, and glittering decorations. At the same time, combined with the image of Utena, who has a neutral and handsome feeling in "Revolutionary Girl Utena", the image of "Rose Knight" becomes concrete, a beautiful, scarred and broken-hearted, strong and brave princess knight.
The design idea of the first version of Rose Knight is based on the inspiration of the above visual kei performance costumes, continuing the hollow neckline and waist cake skirt of "Specimen Cabinet".

- A total of 70 handmade roses are used for the skirt, brooch, and top hat. Each rose is wrapped and fixed by a worker using a soldering iron. Only a small amount of hot melt glue is used when compounding the circular base fabric. Finally, cotton thread is used to sew it on the skirt. After repeated hand washing and machine washing tests, it has not fallen apart.
- Due to the use of a soldering iron, there will inevitably be brand marks and traces of melting of the ribbon edge glue after high temperature. Silver and white roses will be more obvious. Pure handmade roses cannot be completely consistent. Please understand.
- The model's skirt is a two-stage 35cm violent fishbone skirt. Visually, the skirt will be more fluffy and shorter. When worn daily, you can choose soft gauze skirt cuffs and tighten the back ribbon to better show your figure!
Diamonds, Lace, Bleeding Hearts
*Rose Knights* focuses on showcasing the "extravagant and exaggerated" nature of visual kei stage costumes, with abundant sparkling rhinestones, roses, and lace decorations concentrated on the bodice and skirt hem.
To emphasize the knightly essence, the design adopts a structured outfit featuring ahigh-collared Juliet-sleeve vest paired with a waist-length dress, creating a clean and sharp division
between the upper and lower garments.
In terms of color, deep wine red is heavily used to convey the tragic and poignant beauty of a bloodstained knight.
Snow, Sword Light, Silver Frost On Armor
The updated "Rose Knights" features more lustrous fabrics in its design. Soft linen trims and pure cotton lace have been replaced with stiffer materials. The delicate rose-patterned ribbons have been shortened for a cleaner look.
The 2023 limited edition introduces silver, the color that best aligns with the original "Rose Knights" concept.
