At moryhitomi, we ship orders from both our China and UK warehouses. To ensure efficient fulfillment, we always prioritize shipping from the warehouse where the product is in stock and closest to the customer.
Warehouse & Fulfillment
We operate from two main warehouses: one in China, and one in the United Kingdom.
Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse based on product availability and proximity to your delivery address.
This smart logistics strategy allows us to deliver more efficiently and reduce delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times typically range from 10–15 business days, depending on the location of the warehouse and the customer’s shipping address.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In some cases, delivery may be faster if the item ships from the warehouse nearest to your location.
Additional Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
For remote areas, please allow extra time for delivery.
Please kindly note that our customers are responsible for packages that are not collected in a timely manner, for situations where contact via phone is not successful, or for packages with overdue and unpaid customs duties. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for losses, destruction, or returns resulting from these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
