Mory describes herself as the last sorceress of the fin de siècle — a relic of forgotten magic. Through her work, she seeks to craft the most exquisite garments for modern-day witches who still believe in the unseen, the enchanted, and the power of dreams.

Since its inception in 2018, Mory has steered MORY HITOMI to the forefront of avant-garde fashion by fusing brooding elegance with couture craftsmanship.

The brand’s signature collections include: The Opulent Gothic Couture Line: Exquisite eveningwear defined by architectural silhouettes and sumptuous fabrics. The Dark Maiden Ready-to-Wear Series: Refined everyday pieces that blend subtle melancholy with contemporary edge. The Fantastical Creature Capsule: Artisanal doll and accessory line inspired by mythical beings, each piece a collectible work of art.

Founder Mory created four representative mascots for MORY HITOMI, each based on aspects of her own personality.

• Sumimomo is a black rabbit who never cries-he has no eyes, and thus no tears. He is a strong little boy.

• Baramo is Sumimomo’s younger sister. She loves roses and gets shy easily.

• Sangoko is a black kitten with three coral bead eyes. She hates talking and has a bad temper.

• Kuroya is a skeletal crow, pale and bloodless, with an exquisitely tender soul. She is thoughtful, melancholic, and impossibly gentle.

These four characters serve not only as mascots but as guardians of the brand’s inner mythology—each one reflecting a hidden corner of the designer’s inner world.
